that is the most revolting thing i have ever heard anyone say. now you can give me as much shit as you like, but don't ever fuck with the nt. for starters we have the beer can regatta, we have the best national park in australia, we have labour in government, the weather is fantastic, we have the biggest beer stubbie in australia (the nt draught stubbie), the nt is the only place where you can be reminded who actually are the natives of this land, we have the finest and safest roads in australia, we have a strong multicultural community, the darwin formal dress standard consists of a buttoned shirt with the sleeves rolled up (no tie) and pants, we only have 3 McDonald's, the majority of the population is young, our beaches are clean, and everyone is environmentally aware. so excuse me for not being concerned about our socioeconomic level, i guess we actually have priorities.

It's always sad when a musician that has touched peoples hearts both young and old for generations passes away. True, that's life and life goes on, but taking one simple minute of your life to remember the happiness that their music has bought to you isn't that much. Showing disrespect is pretty sad and unthoughtful.
