my journals are my songs.... pretty much i just write lyrics about my day, or my feelings, as im not realy good with writing to myself, for myself
I know i would like people to read my journal if i died or even if i didnt, im a pretty open person and i just dont see the point of writing lots of pages expressing my feelings and opinions and just leaving them there for only you to read

ive had this diary since i think 94 and its not even half full but its really cool when i pick it up and read about something i did on a saturday in april in 1994... but im not sure if id want someone else to read that. i guess i wouldnt mind if people read it when id died but at the same time... what if someone i didnt really like that much read it and i didnt want them to you know... id want it to be left to my family to read as a moving on of their grief and also then read fifty yeras later by anyone... if they cared. i fiind the way of sorti of keeping a journal is writing letters. if i get down about something ill write a letter to someone, usually a guy for some reason, and then just put it away on my shelf or something. i think sit because in a way we're giving a narrative and we really have to fill in every possible gap about it and it give more reflection etc... i dont know. now playing: coldplay - dont panic.

my journal book thing is mainly filled with poems as entries...occassionally a short story or 2 and very occassionally a proper diary entry thing. its nice to have this record of when you wrote what ect..because that writing describes my experience more than any "dear diary...blah blah" could ever.
