i'd like to hear from those who have suffered injuries horrific or minute that anyway involve jebediah. I myself, burnt my hand whilst listening to 'happier sad' anyone else had a similar experience ?

at a concert back at the amplifier back in 2000, my sister fainted a few times in the mosh pit...i have no good me-stories though.  |

I walked into a wall when I saw Kev and Brett walking past at Push On. And not even a tiny bump. I was on the ground, this was a huge crash and bang.

i think there was someone on this board who said that on newyears day or something they had a framed jebs poster fall on them and slit open their eyebrow or something  |

hhhmmmm... I broke my nose at a jebediah festival show about two years ago, a lovely boot in the face at the beginning of teflon i think it was. anyway Hadn't been to a jeb gig for 18 months, then decided to watch the 2003 bdo set on that smaller stage... and wouldn't you know it, I broke my nose again, this time from a shaven head during invaders(?). I've played years of contact sports nad never broken anything.... |

well i haven't injured myself at a gig but i went to a gig at amplifier (around 00 too - proly same one slushpup's sister fainted at) straight after a particularly bad ankle sprain i recieved at netball, but refused to take my crutches. spending the whole gig on the bar stool didn't turn out to be too bad but that thing swelled to the size of several tennis balls and went all kinds of purples due to the 'lack of elevation on day of injury'

Jebediah have a strong ability to whip crowds up into frenzies at teh drop of a distorted note...

i think nearly every jebs gig ive been at, ive managed to get onto the barrier (being short sucks..don'it?) meaning barrier bruising the day after on the chest and arms. oh plus the obligatory kicks to the head. hurray |

all of my jebs gigs of got a spot right at the end of the barrier where it is calm and you can see still, and yes, being 5'4" sucks

My only injury I can think of (apart from the obvious bruising acounted when at a festival/show) is when I slit my hand open from jumping the fence at homebake 02... to see the jebs.. yes.. there's your 3 degrees of seperation.

my biggest injury i think so far, not in a jebs pit but in a korn pit when i was about 15 and it was just pure exhaustion trying to get out. i dont think ive ever been so scared
