i have had a couple actually. i'm a little prone to injury though. have been my whole damn life.
at a gig in brisbane i was on the railing having a good ol' time when i tried to move back a little. my belt buckle was caught in the fence. it broke off and i got slammed up against the metal and it ripped a hole in my stomach. i had to get pulled out and do some quick first aid before making my way back in. it hurt like hell but its not worth missing a jebs mosh for.
other than that at big day out i borrowed my brother's hat for the day. he told me not to lose it or i'd be in the shit. i had it stuffed down my pants in the mosh and it fell out. i remembered how much he loved his hat so i reached down to get it and they dropped a crowd surfer on top of me. i was on my back in the middle of the mosh and got kicked in the head. the worst part was that despite the pain i didn't get a bruize to show people. that always happens

I'm never going to forget the girl who got her belly button ring stuck in the punter barrier.

at the bdo this girl i know had had her nipple pierced and was a 'bit' drugged up and decided to show me and another girl her brand new nipple piercing howveer she managed to catch it on her top whilst pulling her top down managed to catch said top on said piercing. she walked around for the next three hours with her boobs showing because we lost her in the mosh at the time...

howveer she managed to catch it on her top whilst pulling her top down managed to catch said top on said piercing. Is it really necessary to say the same thing twice in the same sentence?

i think it was pretty obvious that it wasn't done purposely.

I'm never going to forget the girl who got her belly button ring stuck in the punter barrier. I was standing near her when it happened - the idiots behind us would not stop pushing making it harder to get her out - she got to go backstage and get her ripped t-shirt signed by the band and she was in Rolling Stone magazine with Ness and Kev.

At this year's BDO I fell in the Jebediah mosh and nearly got trampled but some guy next to me reached down and helped me get up, for which I am eternally grateful. Also, being shorter (5'6" or thereabouts) I got elbowed in the chest a lot and became very sore and bruised before being able to get to the side of the pit.

Nah, I've never felt that threatened, for me the danger of the mosh has always been suffocation, there is no air. I know my size compared to others so I stay to the sides where it is calmer. However I have at times ended up in the middle when they pushed forwards.
