i reckon number one should be the next single cause that song totally rocks, and i dont know why not many other people think so. I dont know why but i also associate that song with chris, it just seems like a chris kinda song.

i think fall down was written to be a single, the sort of song which excites people, it did it's job and we now realise it isn't as good as the other tracks

I see October becoming the next single for sure. If they were going to choose their favourites I think they'd definetly choose YWIWB but they wouldn't want to get sick of it. My theory (as strange as it may sound) is that if you look at the book with the lyrics inside the album, both Fall Down and Nothing Lasts Forever are at the tops of the pages. On the next lyrics page, October is at the top... so maybe there's a clue  then again maybe not!! |

I dont really care what gets released next as long as October does get released, because I reckon it will go down as one of the classic aussie songs,plus it is written for this time of the year remember? The end of the summer! What better time to release one of the catchiest songs ever!

yeah that would be cool but what im afraid of is that it would be one of those songs that gets over played on ALL stations and then it becomes one of those hated songs , eg amazing - alex lloyd

yeh, my local radio station totaly flogged fall down, it was so crap. Then they did this thing were you could win the new c.d and they kept on saying all these really stupid kilt jokes

I'd love it if October got released as well and i do agree that local radio will flog it to death aka Triple M. Those guys play 'Fall down' all the time (not that it is a bad thing cause the songs rad) but the backlash will start.

Yes, Triple M have been doing it for years.... I remember when 'Vitalogy' came out from Pearl Jam I loved Better Man... I still love every song from that album now, but always skip Better Man thanks to Triple M repeating it over and over and over and over(repeat til fade).

But thats not the reason 4 this thread. As stated above, I'd like October but Baltic Ballet would fit the bill nicely
