As it is fairly evident that nearly everyone has great music taste in this forum, I thought it would be interesting to find out the worst cd you have ever brought or owned. Surely someone must have a crap album, either received as a present or were prehaps under the influence when you bought it. So what just makes you kringe?? I can't quite think I my worse owned cd but I'll get back to you on that after I go have a look at my collection, cheers

* Mariah Carey - Music Box (I was 9, that's forgiveable) * John Farnham - Then Again (same deal) * Spice Girls - the first one, it was a birthday present from a senile grandfather. Me and my friends used it as a frisbee, before taking to it with a hammer. * Lash - Don't Ever Make My Mind Up. Got this one through a record company street team. Don't even get me started.

Play by Moby This isn't one that I hate, just one that i never, EVER seem to play (excuse the pun), which is wierd considering what a popular and successful album it was.

Considering CD's weren't available when I made my first purchase - my first dodgy cassette given to me was Chipmunk Punk and oh so terrible vinyl BROS, it was soon given away to a friend with no music knowledge she loved it hahaha CD purchases have been much more tasteful thank goodness - whole range of old school R'N'B/ rap Yo that is good for a giggle too.

i've owned quite a few bad cd's at time, they'd include: rival schools. spencer tracy. lowdown. area7. the superjesus. powderfinger. george. + heaps more.
some were bought on friends' reccomendations, and some were bought when i was a fan, but found a particular release shithouse and stopped listening to them. i was never into pop either.
