Maybe you recorded it 2 years ago, but I bet Blueline Medic could have wrote it nearly that long ago if they recorded it last year.. Take it into consideration, moron. All critiscism is telling you how you could improve. So you could sit there, be all 'mod rock' and talk up your band to a size more than it is, or you could get out there, open your mind and listen to people like me. You're gonna run into them a lot.

Sam, i do appreciate peoples comments about the band and shit, but dude - that comment about Blueline Medic was pretty lame. Is it really that impossible for another band to have a certain style without ripping off someone else. I mean Stellar originated in Ireland, so i very much doubt that they'd even heard of Blueline Medic when the song was written. N yes i am not an original member, n most of the songs were written before they even came to Aus. What you've heard two maybe three songs?
I been listening to your band and you guys have got some alright songs. While listening to em i also thought your "original gene idea" comment was a bit harsh.

Wow, I didn't even know that you'd have given any thought to what we played. I'm all ears for whatever critiscism you have of us. The demo is a year old, and we've improved a fuckload over that time - but I'm not gonna use that as an excuse.
Your band is obviously full of tight, proficient musicians, so you have the ability. All you gotta do now is hone the songwriting a little more, get to know each other's playing styles some more. Get into some psychedelia. Stellar sounds like a psychadelic name.

Only prob is "Stellar" aint very original. There's a band in NZ with the same name.
Also you're right about getting to know each others playing style. The band, as is now, has only been together for bout three months, so we're still learning each others style.
Personally i've only been playing bass for about 4 - 5 years, so i still consider myself as in a learning stage.
You play bass too huh? I like your lines in "So You Want To Save The World" Nice melodic lines.

Certainly am a bassist. 'Cept in So you Wanna Save the World I was using a borrowed bass and the arse wouldn't let me lower the pick ups. So it's clickorama.

Wow, I'm not gonna lie and say your type of music is exactly my thing, but you have done a lot for 4-5 months. There is some hope for you guys!

im one of the guys in stellar and this sam guy is saying what he thinks..fair enough.but if u look back at what u and malloy have been saying to each other...well it borders on rippin the guts of each other and then praising each other.there wont be any more info from stellar on this site as it just ends up in slagging contests.and its not about that...if u like a song..good,if u dont..keep it to urself.as regards to getting to know each other on a musical basis..its already happened sam.so if u wanna spend more time on ur own music than havin a pop at other bands it wud be much appreciated.cheers to jebediah for their patience.help and interest......stix.
