We had a dinner with speaches from ppl you didn't know and a crappy band. It wasn't a bad nite but it wasn't the best way to finish yr12 either. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine (It was our school's 100th anniversary) but that never happened either. Ah Padua, you were so cheap

Do you mean the formal? That involves a meal and shit. Lately (the last few years) the school has been keeping everything a secret and taking everyone by bus to the venue. I know we get a farewell assembly as well where we get a certificate and get up on stage and sing.
The only major problem with the disco was that no one came as Mr-T or as any of the ninja turtles.
I got a vaccination today for Meningacockle C (there is nothing for the B strand) and I got a lolly. There was a suprising amount of blood on the bandaid too.
I have also developed a cold, I woke up with a sore throat, went to school without a jumper as it seemed like a warm morning and the two days before were hot. Needless to say a cold front had arrived by the time I got to school so I pretty much had to freeze my tits off until 6:30pm when Igot home. Suely that wasn't good for the cold and neither will be tomorrow nights pub crawl. The best bit though is that my HSC music performance is on next thursday.

well we have 2 weeks, then mocks then we come back for a week of school..it's muck up week. we have a school assembly where this year's shcool captains had over our badges to next years. then we have crazy hair day, funny hat tie and sock day and cross dressing day and finally the pie fight on the oval where everyone (teachers included) throws an almighty amount of crap on anyone followed by a piss taking concert thing. we have a grad mass that night and then a formal dinner and dance thing which the parents also go to, this is where they announce all the dux etc. once this week is over we have a week of before tee.
clearly, i should be studying yet i chose to overexplain the next few weeks of my life for randoms...i'm telling you tee does strange things to people.

we werent officially allowed a muck-up day. my school held fast to the threat that if we tried anything, we'd have to find somewhere else to write the TEE. bunch-o party poopers... but the thing was that we knew they would carry out the threat, as they have done it before. we did get in some top water balloon action though...

Muck up day seems to have been phased out from our school over the last few years...

Muck up day is banned at my school, it has been for the last few years. Although they had one last year, our this years year 12 will be worse off due to the 8ft fences and locked gates surrounding the school preventing escape. The school also strongly advises against the scavanger hunt, they can't stop it though, but they really don't want us to do it because it is esentially stealing and vandalism. One year the former deputy principles son got arrested. I'm not sure, but it might happen anyway. My friends got pulled over on a weekened a few months beck with a car full of stollen sights, witches hats and flashy lights, but the cops didn't even notice them.
Well my cold has become progressivly worse. I can't breath through my nose, my throat is raw and I'm partially deaf in my left ear, this is not good for a performance. My brother tested my today, he made me shut my eyes and he played two notes on the piano, there was no way I could pick the tonation, and I couldn't hear my dad calling from the kitchen. As far as the pub crawl went I was good. I only had one alcoholic drink and survived the rest of the night on water and orange juice. That and the fact that we only visitied three pubs can dispute any claim of a pub crawl. The only other major issure was that there were three or four designated drivers for a relatively small group of people. I left the first pub and forgot all my passengers.
For the essay I had trouble with on the Boer war I did pretty well, I got 38/40, I lost one mark at the begining of the year for the proposal and lost anouther for the essay.

Thats pretty good for the essay, there's not much stuff around on the topic you did. Our muck up day was pretty bland, just the usual shaving cream, egg and flour action. Nothing too dramatic. We had fancy dress party, me and my mate went as Terrence and Phillp (seeing as South Park was all the rage back then) It was ok, got picked up by the police and taken home in the back of the divvy vani

Thanks Bossman. I managed the lack of resources so it was useful for me and benfitted the essay. As there was no set question and it was up to me to devise the question I took the angle of differing perspectives in relation to the concentration camps and then discussed in the body that the British could not be proud of killing around 26 000 women and children and so did not widely report it.

oh fuck i suck at improv so muich. i just cant think of anything and im left standiing thinking jesus fuck fuck i am the biggest tool. muck up day is banned at my school and they make you go to the showgrounds (homeplace of the bdo) and do it there and not at school. some guys i know have been planning their muck up day celebrations for years. these are the guys that brought a spanner to school so that they could turn off the water at all the taps so that if anyone tried ot get a drink no water would come when they pressed the lever. and then theys tood around a little away from it and just watched the taps and laughed at their ingenuity. they plan to mkae up somekind of see through gel in chem and put it everywhere and over like door frames so people walk through it and stuff. theyre a bit nuts. a few yearsa ago some yr12s took a cow up onot the roof. if you didn't know cows can walk up stairs but they cant walk down. . those stairs have been a constant source of amusement. in term... two i think we got the last day of term fof because the stairs had broken and that left only one small flight of stairs for getting in and out (the year 11s and 12s have their locker bay here) and it was all like health and safety. at the momoent we have a deal with mleb uni and wehi to build this gtac thing on our school and so part of the school is a building site but were getting like millions of dollars for it. however occasionally the route to the sort of 'in case of emergency' collection point is blocked off by big fences and there are like cranes holding hevay objects above the school. a bit worrisome. lol... i think im rambling on a bit. at my school to raise money for their formal the year 12s have a slave auction where they sell themselves to other students for one day. i bought three guys (i know two of them) any ideas of what i cn o with them. glitter, nurses outfits and whips, make up skirts... anything cheap and original??? its this friday and i need help. last year these two guys were chained to trees with gaffer tape and left there all lunch time with make up on and shirts off. and they were super cute too //

Ours was good. Armies of kids running through the park with Watermelons hollowed out and cut to look like Roman battle helmets and eggs to throw and a goat on the library roof.

Damn, I wish we could put something on a roof, but apart from the demountables the only flat roofed building is three stories high with no way of getting anything up there.
You have lockers? I wish we did, our school nearly got them, but the company that was going to fund them backed out.
We're getting an elevator because of kids with crutches and wheeleschairs.
The worst muck up thing that I can think of was when some year 12s put a dead rotting kangaroo on the stage. Last year one of the science teachers slaped one guy in a comando uniform after he hit her with an egg or flour bomb or something.
