i fidn it interesting that youre all oblivious to the fact that all the guys stopped talking on this thread as soon as i became a fully fledged discussion on your menstural cycles. The menstrual cycle commences basically on day one of the complete ovulation cycle, where at this stage your oestrogen levels begin to rise slightly but your progesterone levels stay the same. FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) levels are pretty high, but Luteinising hormone (LH) levels remain low until around 2 weeks after the commencement of the cycle, where LH and FSH levels significantly rise - promoting and causing ovulation. After ovulation occurs, FSH and LH levels are suppressed due to the increased production of progesterone and oestrogen, which promote fertilization and growth in the uterus. These high levels of oestrogen and progesterone continue until about the 28th day of the cycle, where they begin to decrease and promotes menstruation, thus restarting the cycle. One more thing...if I don't pass my hormonal functioning test that I did last Thursday after remembering all that shit, I will go postal.
