Myself and nads are drunk and up at 4 am again
we have just noticed a show on WIN called "keynotes". has anyone heard of this show?
its an 80's game show where the contestants have to get the right word from the song being played
its lame but so addictive
watch it

;D yes i have seen this at 4.00am those people are so funny, just to look at their hair and what they are wearing makes me laugh ;D ;D then when they try to sing the song so out of tune, what are thinking.......oh but that shopping spree at chandlers would be worth all the shame lol

I may be showing my age here but i used to watch that show when it was on prime time. It lasted all of 5 weeks or something. The bouncing ball is hypnotic.
Don't bag Chandlers, when it was open, it bought a touch of class to that delightful city of Frankston. Now it has been replaced by a savers.

with all the troubles channel nine have been having recently with the 5:30 gameshow timeslot it seems completely logical to put keynotes back on primetime.
burgos catch phrase is being pulled yet again and being replaced by, you guessed it, the price is right with larry emduer. when are they going to learn.
i swear people would watch keynotes simply cause its so tacky and kitch, so retro 90s. and richard wilkins, the man's class. remember his failed attempt at hosting australias own entertainbment tonight two years ago?
but if they dont want re-runs, like you mentioned, why not remake it? it would work, get rich back! hes not really doing anything else, except the "entertainment journalist" on the today show which hes been doing for 10 years now.
speaking of gameshows remember "vidiot" on the ABC in the 90s? it was one of the classic shows that was on during the 5:00 - 6:30 "the afternoon show" hosted by michael tunn? memories, i loved tv back then degrassi, you cant do that on television, inspector gadget, mysterious cities of gold, duckula, superted, bananaman, trap door, the list goes on forever! its such a pity none of those shows get shown anymore. have you seen the crap thats on for kids these days. they need the afternoon show back!
they need more shows like teebag, read all about it, and art attack!

remember "vidiot" on the ABC in the 90s? it was one of the classic shows that was on during the 5:00 - 6:30 "the afternoon show" hosted by michael tunn? that show was the shiznit! they used to give away the coolest cds and stuff and i was plotting my path to getting my arse on that game. none of the contestants would ever do the "sing the next line" questions, and i'd be at home thinking, "what's wrong with you?!" [or me, for that matter, heh] but yep that was some quality box.
