the big day out tickets states that anyone under the age of 15 must be with a suitable adult..iwas talking to a customer who took there daughter who was 14 and when she got injured and was sent to first aid the mother wasnt allowed to go with her daughter.does this make sense to anyone?she cant understand why the ticket states that they have to b with an adult but she wasnt allowed to go with her daughter

maybe there was a rule that noone apart from the injured person could go into the area where they are treated. but aside, thats pretty fucked up not letting the parent in to be with their 14 year old.

being a minor, any first aid that takes place (if serious) has to have the permission of the guardian. i think
sounds like the rules need a bit of revision and discusion with the organisers of the event
