dashboard confessional? i went to one of their shows the other nite, and it was unlike any other concert i've ever been to. it was like one big friggin' sing along! it was incredible, really. the guy, chris, pretty much played acoustically. his songs are just so gut-wrenching, and they had me in tears @ one point.....
they're worth checking out, though. so is further seems forever, chris' former band

woah! freakout!!
i was just about to get up and put the album on now, but wanted to know who this post was gonna be about first.
chris is amazing, even though most of his songs are about high school romances. hehe. but its only good if youre in the mood for it, his voice, and themes get to me sometimes.
hopefully there'll be a vagrant records tour early next year, and he'll come out, and bring further seems forever, and texas is the reason will re-form and come too, even though they were on revelation.
and braid will come, too. well hey mercedes are on vagrant, so thats 3/4 of braid...

nope, haven't heard of them.
dashboard confessional are lovelyyyyy...and what i've heard of braid is good too (especially "a dozen roses"...whooo), and hey mercedes are great. quickly becoming a huge fan of vagrant that's for damn sure!
oh, and hot rod circuit are fucking rad.
also liking minus the bear a lot - anyone else listen to them? they toured with sunday's best..

yeah...i listened to a bit of emo music before and it was all good and everything, but i wasn't hugely into it...but nowadays the more i listen to it, the more i like it. but bah, give me a bit of indie rock any day  |
