Bree's most infuentual artists***
male in oz:Neil Finn(on a technicality) -he was my childhood idol, and still is i suppose. female in oz:Adalita(formerly Ms. Srsen) -its the attitude. she's making it in a prodominantly male music scene. band in oz:Crowded House/The Living End - I cant decide. Im torn between childhood love and teen fanaticism. They both influence the kind of music that I listen to though.
male overseas:Matt Bellamy-having recently got into Muse in a big way, I love Matt's ability to write emotive lyrics. female overseas:PJ Harvey -attitude once again. she's earned the respect of fellow musicians and thats hard these days. One artist that doesnt need to reinvent herself every few years. band overseas:REM/The Smashing Pumpkins- Once again, cant decide. Stipe and Corgan both have that beautiful quality in their voices that makes you sit up and listen.
singers:Jeff Buckley, Thom Yorke, Trent Reznor, Paul Andrews (Lazy Susan), Katie + Tyrone Noonan, Michael Miller, Stephen Malkmus, Paul Dempsey (we share a surname - i had to put him in!), Kev Mitchell (der)... and more. instrumentalists: too many to mention!

(i didnt mean that in any sexist way) band in oz: something for kate male overseas: kris roe (the ataris). female overseas: hmm hard, i guess itd have to be the gerl from the anniversary cause i cant think of anyone else, but she has a really cool voice. band overseas: the ataris/the get up kids/jimmyeatworld. its too hard. singers: paul dempsey instrumentalists: what does this mean? like yer fav drummer/geetarist/bass player? well ill say them anyway. hmmm... geetarist = ash hansen (rumanastone), drummer = clint hyndman and brett never gets the respect he deserves, bass player = jeremy from thinktank totally kicks arse.

last nite checky from one dollar short was playing *very* well and sounded awesome, so add him in there too!!
beXta hay? mwhehehe *has memories of throwing shitloads of rubbish at her before something for kate came on last year*... she was going overtime and the stoopid people around us 'dancing' told us to "get out of our dancing space!" pah.
