Jebediah are on the front cover of this months Blunt magazine but I havn't read the article yet so I couldn't tell you what its about.

Sorry if i sound dumb but ive never heard of Blunt magazine. Is that a sydney mag or something? cos id like too see it.

Blunt is the old Esky magazine and as far as I'm concerned it rocks.  It can sometimes be a bit dodgy and may have its faults but it all adds to its character.

blunt is basically the new esky/recovery, it has all the ditched esky writers and stuff, eg ally and dan lander. its only upto #3 but im sure theyll iron out all their little mistakes and stuff, although i personally love juice mag alot better, blunt brings out the kid in me. but some of it is pretty crap really.

esky kinda sucked in my opinion, but it had good posters and it was one of the only good music magazines we had . plus, ally really seemed to care about esky & the readers, because when esky died she was crushed..

so i'll have to check out blunt.

Yeah i got a copy needs more jebbies pics though lol. I thought it looked a lot like the old esky mag. I have to say recovery was the best mag and music tv show now its allllll gone

Is it just me or does every edition of juice have powderfinger on the cover? lol

rolling stone is shite. ive only ever bought maybe 4 copies, only cause theyve had a something for kate interview or someone really good in it, but i dont buy it every month, thatd be the biggest waste. one thing i really hate about that mag is the albums reviews, they have NO idea, especially when they try to compare them to other albums, yew cant do that. and the way they put half naked women in there and on the cover to get sales, thats really stoopid. i know alot of mags do it, but rolling stone are the most guilty of it. (other than the most obvious mags ofcourse).

I don't like the marketing of Rolling Stone either and alot of the stories are crap but every now and then they do put in a decent story.  Since I started buying Recovery (I never got around to watching it) I have never missed an issue of it, Esky or Blunt.  I like Juice but after a long day a short article in Blunt goes down easier than a multiple page story on Powderfinger that you could find in Juice.

yeah, owen pretty much verbalised wat i think. its just sad how they use sex to sell their magazines..if i want a picture of sarah michelle gellar wearing pvc bondage i'll buy hustler or something okay?? don't put that shit in music zines.

rolling stone...i assume u get a different version than i do...ya i order it, but i dont really read it, i wish they had better artists featured....... but i like some of the pictures..i use them for cd covers (for my burned cdz) and for my 'wall of fame.'

I got Rolling Stone yesterday and I love the Noise CD that came with it.

that noise cd is pretty good, i havent listened to it but i looked to see what was on it and its pretty good.

i thought sarah michelle gellar was pretty sexy at first, but i was probably going thru puberty then or something. but now i cant reely stand her at all, but i have to admit she was so good in cruel intentions, she played the part so well.

has anybody heard pollyanna's cover of the buffy theme song? it rocks

yes, Blunt magazine is great, you should all buy it to support Aussie rock. they always have stuff about Jebs, SFK and other sic bands. BUY IT so it doesn't go bankrupt again! PLEASE!
