i know i couple of other people here went *looks* so what did you think? i thought it was a really good gig. bob evans was, as expected, very cool it was just great to finally be able to catch one of his sets. i was pretty indifferent towards adora, although i definately prefer them to joel's other band. (*cough* eskimo joe) the tucker b's were soooo impressive i thought. i loved them. they fully attacked their instruments, it was crazy. i'd see them play again any day... fourth floor were amazing as usual, and their set was complete with the usual stage theatrics..everyone was really into their set. i would've liked to see them play for a bit longer, i didn't really like how they finished off with 'get up again'...it was a little too mellow i thought. the fergusons played the best set i've ever seen them pull off, i had such a great time watching them...i doubt they'll top last night's performance at the AA on saturday. soooo good. particularly liked the new new songs, and of course 'perfect company', 'great barrier reefers' & 'napalm waltz' (personal favourites). yes. and i'm spent.

Impressive performance from the Fergies, an excellent show indeed. Love 'DIE'. It was great to see a Ferguson show where the crowd got into it ;D ;D Bob was rockin' as usual the ode to his car a highlight ;D, Adora were good (1st show I saw I had thought much differently ), Tucker B's 1st show I'd seen and know how to play just don't appeal to me, Fourth Floor - a lot of emotion but just doesn't grab me, came away feeling a tad drained.....go the Fergusons!!!!!

the all ages fergs/red jez gig at HQ yesterday was pretty cool too, although obviously not as good as the licensed launch (i think alcohol makes quite a difference as far as atmosphere goes, hehe). plus the initial tech difficulties kinda sucked. but they played 'perfect company' & 'die' again so i was pretty chuffed about that

Pissed off I missed it, was meant to finish work at 5 but the bastards kept me there until quarter to six.
Oh well, as Rozee said, george on Friday and Saturday night was awesome, so that made up for it.

Err.. What do you want to know? They were most excellent as was expected, and the crowd was very well behaved most nights which was great. On Friday night during one of the songs, River and Moon, there was a girl in the audience talking really loudly, until Katie politely asked her to shut up. ;D She apologised afterwards however, which was so not necessary.
Set lists for both nights included all the regulars, with lesser known tracks Barscene, River & Moon and Sellout included on Friday and Hallelujah Sister and The Love I Find on Saturday.
Waikiki were actually really good. I was surprised, seeing as I'd heard from some people that they were nothing special, but I was impressed. Will most likely go and buy the single. I think that's it.. Any other details you would like?

i think juanita from waikiki's mic wasn't loud enough on friday night but i thought they were cool, whish they played 'mistake in time' they were great though the set list (which is a new addition to my bed room wall ) River and Moon Special Ones Sellout Barscene Rain Truth Breathe In Now Spawn Breaking it Slowly Polyserena That's when You come to Me Release Run (encore): Holiday Bastard Son spawn was amazing and she seemed to have so much passion during release, ahhhh i am still buzzing from it...hehe
