I heard a rumour that Weezer might be coming to Perth in October. Mmmmmm...... now that would make my life complete ;D

Isn't Livid going national this year? That would be awesome if they did. Any1 going to MI, that mmm concert with such 'awesome' bands as Default, Goo goo dolls, lifehouse, nickleback. At least the local bands look interesting

according to the tour dates at the ...and you will know us by the trail of dead website, they're playing Livid on the following dates:
October 12 Brisbane
October 15 Sydney
October 19 Melbourne
which suggests livid is atleast coming down the east coast.

livid is only doing brisbane, sydney and melbourne.
there's a few bands confirmed on their own websites, but there'll be an official announcement of the first bands soon, i think next week.

have all confirmed they'll be here.

i'm seeing weezer next month... @ least, i hope i can go, cuz its the day i get back from vacation!
rivers is from my hometown (newington, CT), yet this is the first time in a long while weezer's come to play here...

Sweet! Have you ever seen them live? I remember they went to the US a couple years ago. I have been to many many Jebs gigs... probably every single gig they've played since I've been overage (four years). Ness is my hero (I'm also a girl in a band - it's such a male-dominated area).

naw... unfortunetely i've never seen the jebs live... i wish i had..  but their new cd WILL eventually be released here (just like shambles was), and after that kev said they'll hopefully come over here. it might be around this time next year, but hell, it's worth the wait!! that sucks that most of the shows are overage.. i don't see the point of that. cool ~ i'm in a girl band too! im the lead singer/songwriter/rhythm guitarist.... even if nothing ever really happens its just fun |

I can't believe it will take so long. Can't you order it over the net, or something?? I just bought two early Jebs singles over ebay. ;D Very happy! Even here in Perth they are very rare.
Girl bands are great. There's not enough of em. I'm the only girl in mine, with four guys. When we play a show I'm usually the only girl on stage all night. We're playing tomorrow night (NOTE TO ALL YOU INDI KIDS IN PERTH: GET YOUR ASSES DOWN TO THE GROSVENOR TOMORROW NIGHT! TEAM JEDI, THE PANICS, THE GIANT STEPS, AIRPORT CITY SHUFFLE!)
