I saw the jebs at the melbourne BDO, got chris's setlist, i'll type it up next time, cause it's not with me right now. The new song is called "Worlds Away", and fuck i love it to death already after 2 listens.  I also got the Gold coast BDO setlist from a friend / roady, it had all of the melb songs plus about 6 more, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...... But apparently they did little medley type things to fit all the songs in. would have been very cool. |

after waiting 20 mins in the hot sydney sun jebediah came on and were awesome...the crowd was so well behaved..not much pushing...and lots of short people so i could see!!cant wait for more gigs...

if i can make a suggestion: pockets. screw bags...dont bring 'em. but make sure to have a pocket to store the nessesary goodies.  wear sunscreen (if you can, score an 8 hour one so thers no need to reapply). help people out. drink water whenever you can. bring a couple of tissues just in case you get into the portaloos only to fing [nothing]. if you wanna get in contact with people bring a mobile with. ALWAYS make a meeting place to meet up with friends at the end or other times. go there, have tonns of fun and try to be nice to everyone!  |

mostly agree with Dani on the BDO advice...went for the pockets approach this year, and aslong as they're deep or tight so stuff is hard to be stolen, go for it. Sunscreen is very neccessary.
the only thing i did different to dani's advice was about a meeting point with friends...I just figured i'd rather see the bands i wanted to rather than get stuck having to do what friends wants and i knew enough people there to have not too much trouble finding someone i knew. Fun times kids.

nah mike, i normally make a meeting spot so that at the very end, after weve all done our separate things during the way, i can get a ride home! (which is always good...) |
