im sick of protestors, we have these wankers in darwin who protest the laws against marijuana. and so they meet once a fortnight and smoke 1.7 metre joints in the city park. they are ruining everything for everyone. and wasting alot of pot.

I think it may not be the logical option. While it may create awareness, it will also create a lot of fear and anxiousness for many, and there is enough of that provided by the print and other forms of media.

i was listening to a discussion on triple J about this the other day. they were saying the government has spent something like $30 million on producing and posting packs including fridge magnets and other stuff to every household in Aus. i don't know whether its a good idea or not! i suppose i'll have to read what it says before i can say whether they are trying to prepare us or scare us. all i know is that there has to be a lot cheaper way to get the msg across. spend the money on something worthwhile.!! well that's my opinion anyway. there are people around wanting us all to send it back to parliment just to show them we don't appreciate it. |
