Has anyone seen it? Its really wierd, it has the band playing underneath this old bridge, and starts with a young girl throwing her gameboy off the bridge down below, then more and more people come and just throw stuff down there to where they are...like TV's and chairs, to cars and a house even. Its really wierd...I expected this version to be a lot better than the initial one, but its a filmclip thats just not like their others at all.
Plus Dave Grohl has a beard now, which is even wierder.
Discuss.

no offence prof. and group, but the foos rock and its not really the film clip you look at. Oh well call me old fashioned, but i always guessed that it was about the music

The foos have always had a rep for making fucking rock clips. TLT initial was budget, but the new one seems only marginally better.

I've seen it now. it's weird. i like it oi joshy, sure it's all about the music but we're still entitled to complain about the clips if we want. if we didn't like the music why would we bother/?

In many instances it is the filmclip that sells the song.

I HATED the first version...the words didnt go with the mouths and it was very very dodgy...the new one is better and Daves hair is really quite long...
Wil Anderson (*salivates*) played the Learn To Fly film clip on Saturday and me and Aly had a jolly laugh about it... I hadnt watched it properly before and I only picked up on the coffee bit then...which is shameful...

Yeah, the song is shit (LTF), but the filmclip is one of their best.
Breakout is still one of my faves.

The actual song, TLT appears timeless to me as it just grows on you so much, but as far as Foo Fighters clips go even the remake with the bridge didn't get me excited. Especially when you consider the clips the've made in the past. Lucky for them they have the songs to fall back on here.

the first one was just something quick to get on tv i think. they always intended to do another one with more effort.
big me, learn to fly and breakout are the best me thinks. ooh theyre all the funny ones.
