i agree grease is good..but so is dirty dancing..oh and footloose...ok i change my previous comment to yes empire records is excellent!

the 'run lola run' soundtrack is really cool...although not the sort of music i would usually listen to, i love it. and the 'donnie darko' soundtrack is fantastic too. i saw donnie darko and the music in it was sooooo amazing and i really wanted to get the album so i ran around everywhere looking for it and couldn't find it and i really want it so where did you get it? amelie is a pretty cool soundtrack..all that music is so cool and purty i love the trainspotting album..i love the trainspotting movie...... lou reed is so cool, that soundtrack totally turned me on to him and that was way cool ;D slushpup..you have damn fine music taste.

okies....
anything by John Carpenter (Halloween, Escape from New York) is great, along with essentially any Tarantino film (the man doesn't use scores, he just uses songs instead), and Natural Born Killers (done by Trent Reznor).
Donnie Darko is amazing, as is Requiem for a Dream.

okies.... Magnolia (amazing, utterly amazing) i love it when they do the slow motion scene where all the charecters are signing that aimee mann song. i havent seen that movie for yeards but its fantastic. i canit wait for punch drunk love or whatever its called to come out. thomas paul anderson is the bomb.
