i hope they do a good range of their material too. an encore of teenage angst or 36 degrees would be very much appreciated.

i actually came on the board to ask if anyone knew if they were doing any sideshows cause i heard about splendour in the grass a few days ago and i bascially lost it cause ive been waiting a long time to see them!~ (i didint go to big day out 2001 and have regretted it ever since!)
so THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU
adelaide 28 july thebarton! its gonna be nuts! cannot wait im getting tickets the very second they go on sale! do you know when ?
as for songs they will play they are playing teenage angst at the moment but sometimes its a slowed down piano version brian just sings he moves around the stage with his microphone, stefan plays basic chords and lets them ring out and its much more break beaty, it sound as if it should be on sleepinng with ghosts! really REALLY awesome, i like both versions
im telling you there shows are gonna be amazing! there recent setlists have been awesome (as usuall, they always change htigns up, play songs you'd never think they would play)
i really want to hear brick shithouse and scared of girls! i hope they play either or both of them (highly doubtful)
but yeah i love teenage angst and 36 degress too.
current tour setlist (a few songs change here and there but this is essentially what its been so far for the past 11 shows or so)
06.04.03 - Newcastle Northumbria University
Bulletproof cupid Allergic Soul Mates (sleeping with ghosts i imagine) Protect me from what i want Plasticine The bitter end EYEM Black Eyed I'll Be Yours Special Needs Second Sight Lady of the Flowers WYIN English Summer Rain This Picture Special K
Taste in Men Slave to the wage Pure Morning
Centrefolds Teenage Angst (rock version) Where is my mind
im not sure if its two encores? most probably is. thats heaps cool. they usually finish with pure morning so its a surprise! i really cannot wait!

they've been doing that version in concerts for a while now hey, brian usually gets his marlboro light out and strikes a pose. 10 or so older songs in a set for a new album tour is pretty damn good too. every you every me... if ever a song was made for live performances, that is it don't know about the tickets, i'm expecting them to be anything from about $35-$70. it'll be interesting to see who gets the support.

my money on the (main) support act is Alpinestars.
Considering they are playing Splendour, and that Brian Molko did a fairly big single with them...
