This can be in the form of an awesome live performance, certain song being played, or just something that made a certain gig that damn good.
For me it would be: Idlewild gig - When they played 'Scottish fiction' as their last song for the night, it just blew me away, and I think my response upon leaving the Annandale was 'wow'.
Foo Fighters gig - Namely when they played 'My Hero'. I still have with perfect clarity the image of Dave Grohl playing the instrumental bit to the song by himself on a podium above the crowd. Unbelievable night.
Jebediah gig - Kelts bar. Meeting Chris and Ness was very cool indeed.
Discuss your best experiences.

The Jebs Cold Live At the Chapel was awsome - getting to go in first and choose our seats and then after the show going backstage for our own personal meet'n'greet - getting photos withtht eh Jebs was fantastic.
Magic Dirt @ Kelts was fantastic - i got to meet Adalita, Adam and Dean before the show and my friend asked them to dedicate a song to me and they did - Dirty Jeans - if you get the chance to meet them go up and say Hi they really nice people.
Jebediah @ Kelts was also a great gig - Chris Skulling the beer onstage was funny and chatting to Brett and Chris before the show and watching them warm up was great.

Foo Fighters. Hey! Johnny Park set a new benchmark for live sensory overload. Mogwai were the former benchmark. 2 rights make 1 wrong live was bliss.

Seeing the Boss live, it was fucking awesome. Too bad colonial is a shit venue, the accoustics are lacking. The Jebs gig at RMIT back in '00 was cool. JEW did a great show at the hifi this year. Unwritten Law at the notorious 21st in Frankston back in '00 was crazy

at the big day out in adelaide, it was frenzal, foo fighters, the living end and of course jebs that had the best performances. they caused psychotic episodes (especialy frenzal)

i've gotta say having dave grohl 2 metres in front of me at the perth foos show this year was pretty fuckin' surreal. the best performances i've seen though would have to be paul dempsey solo at the grosvenor last year [even though he played truly the next night, i still thought the grosvenor gig was better], idlewild this year, and placebo in 1999. oh, and ammonia's last-ever performance at the big day out. seafood in melbourne last october were brilliant as well.
