How can you even ask a question like "is homeosexuality acceptable" of course it is you silly boi. But I do see where you're comming from. I'm gay and whenever I walk down the street with my boyfriend, or even just walk down the street, alot of people yell out 'fag!', or some other derogatory term. When I was in highschool I was repeatedly beaten up by the bigger boys because I was 'different' or as they put it, 'a chocolate poking, sausage licker from Kings Cross' I swear, I spent half my year 10, 11 and even 12 in the counsilors office. I don't understand why people (especially) boys find homosexuals so threatening so I take it up the arse, big fucking deal! Also why did you (Joshy) say it's ok to be gay and then say "but I'm not" so quickly, whose going to judge you? you go boy! there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with being homosexual or bisexual..whatever. its pretty sad that this question was even asked considering it means you are separating gay people from the heterosexual people. just because the hegemony expects compulsory heterosexuality, doesnt mean that theres anything wrong with people who differ from that. its great to hear that youre comfortable hanging with your boyfriend like that. |

disagree with homosexualtiy if you wish, but have some consideration for the fact that
1, it is hard enough to come to terms with just within yourself
2, you have to tell your family, which is possibly one of the most frightening things any person could have to do
and
3, everyone gay or not, judges themselves enough as it is, even if they seem self assure, and other peoples opinions shouldnt have to come into the picture when you are trying to come to terms with how you feel anyway

I'm sorry to bring this back up but I've talked to this Enis fellow recently and he has fully appologised and was only pretending to be homophobic, he apparently has many a gay friend and apologises to anyone here who may have taken offence to his post. He was simply (according to his email) trying to bring out peoples true feelings and make people think about the topic.
