wow! what can i say? ben harper was excellent! ;D he played for 2 HOURS  and had 2 encores! he sounds fantastic live and had a strong anti-war theme which was good. though i had some wierd people sitting next to me... all in all it was great, jack johnson played fantastic aswell. |

did you go to the perth one?
the reviews in express from public and press werent to fantastic. well thats not true, the shows got a good review but the venue, staff, security, organisation got an absolute beating

nah i was at rod laver arena, melbourne
security was a bit dodge people were sharing tickets and getting in but all in all the actual music was great ;D

he played: diamonds on the inside, amen omen, two hands/no war, burn one down, steal my kisses, JAH WORK YAY, excuse me mr and lots more i think the only cover was no war by bob marley and he didn't play sexual healing when we all yelled it out  |

i went at newie, absolutely packed and wonderful!!
he played for close to 2 hrs, played sexual healing, opened with burn to shine, and closed with steal my kisses, with all mentioned above played, was unreal, his bassist is a funny bastard, and he called the newie entertainment centre a big assed gym, which it basically is, just a big tin shed! all round a tops night!
