it was really hot but i would call it "really good". i just went to check out motorace because, why not, it was free anyway. it was actaully pretty dissapointing indeed...i dont think ive ever seen a gig with the average attendance age being around 13 and under. or such a total lack of energy. motorace were ok...but they played little of their old stuff and more of their new stuff, which doesnt really hit me so well. it seems like theyd lost some of that energy they used to have...i dunno. couldve been that it was the end of a tour. when you think of the past "live" things wanneroo has put on, with the passion of shihad and the jebs...this one REALLY paled in comparison.

perhaps you ought to ask dr e's magic 8 ball if you will aquire some real musical taste by the age of 15? there is always hope, you're still an impressionable country grommet besides each to their own really music is out there for everyone so I'm mildly stoked for you, for the fact that you actually thought it was "really good" wait til you see a real band that'll blow you away seriously you couldnt pay me to go (well it depends how much? I could always shut my eyes, plug my ears & hold my breath til I passed out) patrick( his nickname really sucks too?!) is cool but I met him briefly in dunsborough after their gig at the tavern, couple of yrs ago now. great hometown venue, I had tix but I gave them away, to someone like yourself who would've found the minute trace of value they deceptively held I still have a brand new t shirt they gave me, perhaps you might like it even though I shouldnt encourage you that girl band is not even worth a mention, I vomit @ the slightest suggestion of them *cringe* OK well first off it was MY!!! oppinion. I don't recall EVER putting YOUR oppinion down (that is ofcouse untill now, but that isn't really your oppinion is it?? you r just dissing what i think) I do have music taste and i am open to the idea of going to see some bands that mabey not everybody likes but, i thought i wont be like a sheep and just go with the flow i went to see them to see what I thought of them and i liked them. My sister is like friends with the chix from Lash so that is also partly why i went. Oh yeah and be sure to let me know when you are in a band have realesed a couple of albums, and when you put on a gig and people actually go to see you.

Hell, even poodleboy's band draws more of a crown than that, eh apple_gerl?

well isnt this a nasty little segmant. certainly entertained my day. yes u must handle critism but it doesnt mean u dont defend yourself as well. fair enough if someone dissed me i would still defend myself wouldnt we all? other wise we also wouldnt make it in this world as someone commented that if u dont learn to handle critism u wont make it. well if u dont defend yourself u wont make it either! i think that we all need to support local/aussie bands otherwise bands like jebs would of found it pretty fuking difficult to get to where they have if we all just turned a blind eye to them. u say u should accept critism....well accept opinion as well!!

yeah i accept your opinion thats fine. i wasnt saying that u have to go and support local/aussie bands cos u dont if u dont want to. but by going to pubs and shit and seeing bands u havent heard of sometimes finds u new talent. u dont have to sit there and listen to shit bands just because there local/aussie but ppl who choose to can. i am not one of them people either i always say fuk they are so shit how did they eva become famous but then as jebs_rock said when im up there making records then i can talk.

i couldn't be bothered reading all the other entries, BUT in my opinion, it was great. the local battlers really put in a good effort. then there was some unfortunate minutes. then motor ace hit the stage and it was brilliant. except for the crazy wanneroo locals.
