I'm going to Homebake yay!
Is anyone else going, I'm taking two friends because no one else I know has heard of or would like any of the bands. John Butler Trio, Something For Kate, You Am I, Big Heavy Stuff and George will be there.

yah im going too!! i got my ticket ages ago, its the best part of the year!!! last year was my first but i wanted to go the 2yrs before it but in 99 i was at a wedding (grrr) and the year before that i was broke and didnt have enough for a ticket. but i could hear it from my house!! well... the very distant noise that yew could make out was a very loud band. its gonna be so weird this year, im gonna know SO many people there. atleast ill always know something there, last year i spent 2hrs walking around, ringing people so i wasnt lonely. i think everyone should fly/drive/train/walk/run/hijack a telescope to sydney and come to homebake.

yey this yeer will be my 4th  every year i usually buy a glow necklace tis tradition last yeer fer some reason i didnt  sneh. i usually go wif lots of friends too but then i lose them anyway cos they go on the rides or some shite. pah. i generally don't mind going around everywhere by myself cept at nite =/ |

Hmmm a couple of friends and I were gunna travel there from bendigo, but i was a little dissapointed with the line up, i was hoping for Jebs and Motorace and Klinger and stuff but yeah the music thats there isnt really my stuff abr a couple of bands

josha dude theres still something like 12 bands still to be announced, theyve announced about 32 and the info says "44 acts...". jebs may play, klinger will not, motorace may. come up, its worth it!!

Klinger deserve a spot, they are a hard working band, and there songs are awesome, they deserve more cred than they get!
Motorace im a bit over now, before 5 star laundry was released i was into them, then about a month after i listend to the cd continously i got a bit bored of them.
The jebs, well how can u ever get bored. When u got kev in a kilt...*wolf whistle*

Oh and yeah I really don't think Jebs will be announced in thre next 12 causre I remember reading somewhere they won't do Homebake? or Big Day OUt?? but I am not sure so don't take my word for it ! but yes maybee Motorace that'd be cool :-)

This will be my first year too, I wanted to go last year which would have been better but I couldn't go. I might go to the Big Day Out but I'm waiting for the rest of the line up, I'm going to be in Queensland so I will have to go to the Goldcoast one and I don't know anyone.
