I dont care whether i see either band but still its a repeat of last year when "At The Drive In" were supposed to be coming but they only played East Coast shows...
its a right piss off for people who are actually fans of these bands, and those who are a bit curious too.
Perthites, lets just hope we get Jebs here instead!!

i would personally prefer to see alien ant farm and soad at the bdo than jebs. Jebs are good, but ive seen them heaps and im always gonna see them heaps. I'd prefer to see big name international acts at a festival that im paying $90 for.

yeah with austrailan bands they tour more often here so its easier to see them, but its good to have big internationals in these festivals coz the dont tour too often and it gives ya a chance to see them

i almost saw AAF, but there were equipment problems, so they couldnt play...same thing happened with the crystal method..  sux fer me... funny, i live on the east coast of the US ..hahaha |

my point is, we pay the same amount as our eastern counterparts for the BDO yet we miss out on the headliners CONSTANTLY. whether theyre good or not, we still pay the same. and another thing, sure we get jebs gigs, but this time around, only ONE and thats an 18+ one! super crap that is! i havent checked this petition in a while but i signed it so, hell give it ago, www.petitiononline.com/soad . now now, you perth & adelaide people have had The Tea Party and Tomahawk confirmed to play ONLY the perth & Adelaide BDO's......so i guess that makes up for it.
