Ok yes, I have now seen and done. It seems to work well over there. YOu cant just walk around the streets smoking a joint. They sell them in cafe`s but you have to smoke or eat (they have cakes, biscuits, brownies, donnuts and more with it in there!!) in the cafe. Amsterdam is such a cool place. Everyone is really cool and layed back. So, I`m all for legalising cannibis..

I'm for legalising it, but like kelly said, with restrictions.

i think that putting restrictions on things causes abuse of it. ie. with alchohol here you can't drink until age 18 and so anyone under eighteen drinks tons of it and (often) don't tell their parents because it's against the law and it causes so much abuse of it with too much drinking or people not really knowing much about the lasting effects. in various places in europe it isn't illegal at age 16 and it seems that they are more relaxed about ti and the young people don't get so excited about drinking or whatever. and apparently it causes less absue of substances or alchohol. so i think they should legalise it but at first just for sick people and then after awhile review it and perhaps make it legal for 18+ and then tens years after that 16... i dont know. its hard because there are always idiots out there who are going to go into overkill from too much usage and just be plain dumb. you give people a little leeway and they abuse it. so i dont know.

In China, there were no age limits for dinking. So it was a bit weird being 12 and getting offered alcohol in the street

but i think if you are brought up with it like that, then you learn that it isnt such a novelty and what you can handle without chucking up your spag bol, rather than one day being aloud to go and get shitfaced as a badger just because
