Vitamin C, did you all know that the recomended daily requirement for ascorbic acid (the science name for Vitamin C) is more then three times what you actually need to consume to stay healthy. It won't help you with the common cold, and can actually cause diorehoa when consumed in large amounts. Can you guess what i do at uni? The type of vitamin C Everlong is into should NOT be consumed in any amount, everlong is a danger to himself!  |
