i remeber kevin playing the intro bit of everclear - santa monica a fair while ago.
At the push over gig early in the year kev did a bit of 28 days - say what before playing leaving home.
i also remember someone saying they did a bit of tears in heaven at the end of harpoon at a newcastle gig.
i love it when they throw in stuff like that

i remember a bit of genie in a bottle at rock-it one year
and i'll second the tears in heaven thing. i saw that a couple of times (state of the nation, curtin uni).

It was just the intro riff from Chris one time. Nothing more.
It was really funny coz me and poodleboy and a coupla other friends drove from Perth to Bunbury for the gig, and the main minidisc we listened to was my Weezer compilation. We nearly pissed ourselves when Chris started the intro.
I spoke to Chris after and he said they don't know that many covers, as in, everyone know some songs, but no-one really knows the same stuff, IIRC.

They did you're the voice at perry lakes and during the last tour they always played tears in heaven at the end of Harpoon.
