I am thinking of volunteering backstage at shoreshocked - i would love to know what happens behind the scenes at a festival - i think i will be able to help for a couple of hours and then get to see some bands and stalls

Ok I was going to start a new thread about shoreshocked but may aswell say it in here. Im trying to find out info on shoreshocked but all I got is, its on 6th of april, its on at leonard park syd, and jebediah are there.....tell me all there is to know about it pwease.

i think yew should try the local council (north sydney council i think?) and they should atleast know who to contact. like i said in some other post - its in youth week and is a youth week event, so try the youth council people too. last year sick puppies, machine gun fellatio, the mavis' *gags* and one dollar short played. that was such a fun day... ahh ill remember it for awhile

I rang North Sydney Counil and the guy there said there's gonna be a meeting for volunteers soon and he's gonna call me this week and let me know - if anyone else wants to volunteer, let me know and i will pass on the info to you - the good news is that that the concert is free and suporting the Jebs will be unknown youth bands which means we can check out the local talent - as Big Kev say's "I am excited".

it starts around 10-11am i think and runs til about 10pm.

I Have to drive (or be driven rather) 4 hours, but nothing will keep me away from Jebediah . It said on the 2001 shoreshocked website that that one went from 12 noon to 8.30pm
