Alex, how come you couldn't come? It was good, they played Siamese, Death Defy, Carry On, Lorenzo and a newie, Keeping Secrets. Took some photos, but I hate the overhead lighting in 78s so I'm sure how well they'll turn out.

ohhh i love siamese. major chord-striker, that song.
i'm in the middle of exams at the moment, which completely sucks...and i went to the fergusons launch instead. i wasn't allowed to go to both. but the fergusons gig was really cool so i wasn't too disappointed about missing motor-ace.

motor ace instore was cool, but, as is the case with most instores, it was too short, however quite a good way to spend $5

It was a pretty dissaponting turnout, i thought. A few more people woudn't have gone astray.
The dummer was an absolute champ. His 15 minutes of glory, being up the front, shaking like a man possesed.
I even got a smile out of the guy on the far left who looked like he hard a hard night last nite (and what fasion sense!!! WORK BOOTS ROCK)
BTW i felt like the oldest bloke their, an im only 18

i thought there were a fair few people there. a lot more than most instores have. and i'm 21, and saw people aged like 25+ there, so i don't know where you were standing because there was a definite age mix there.
