that was pretty good.... brett's vocals were up heaps higher than normal.... but i think it still sounded good/better.... and it was cool how halfway through the riff in the middle bit of the song, jake played it an octave higher. good stuff

It sounded to me like Kev's vocals were suffering a bit, due to all the touring action. Hell, my voice would be stuffed too!Anyway, that could explain the fact that the song was played higher than usual, and Kev sang lower.
Still, most excellent work.

nah they played it in B like they normally do... jake just played the last 4 bars of the riff in the middle an octave higher, thats all. yeah kevs voice sounded a bit strained... but i think he still came across ok

I had to laugh when Fergie called them cute and groovy 
and when she said she was looking foward to seeing them. maybe she could be their next sponsership deal - it wouldnt hurt having a royal advertising you band NOT!

if you ask me, rove's starting to copy of letterman.......stupid segments like "who's in the swivel chair?" can resemble any of the celebrity ones letterman does. eg "celebrity mystery phonecall"

but don't get me wrong, lettermans the king of stupid segments....."is this anything?", "will it float?"....the list goes on......not to forget how biff henderson on the streets with a bull horn is like stuff corine does sometimes........

oh pepsi live's legendary.....i'd watch it for the same reason i mite watch power rangers......incredibly bad acting.....
i remember when that house of hits show was on.....they were forced to mime too.....but the guitar guy from 28days just decided to stop playing halfway thru, the song kept going, it so obvious!!!! was awesome!!
and even better......when motor ace played.....damo swapped with....eh, whoever the guitar guy is.....and played guitar while the other guy played drums.......legends!

oh i love letterman, but i dont think that kinda thing will work for rove but yeah hes a try hard neways lol. As for fall down on rove i though it went alright and i really ike when chris sings even if it is just the "do do do do " bits. i reakon Chris should sing more heheheee......I'll keep an eye out for Fergie at the gig on friday lol

After all that I didn't even get to see Rove.. I was absolutely buggered and decided I wanted an early night, so I set up a tape to tape it. Then when I went to watch it the next morning my stupid fucking older brother had stopped my tape so he could watch fucking The West Wing! Grr.

And what's worse is at school the next day having all the people see the Jebs sticker on my file and say "Oh did you see them on Rove last night? They were really good!"
